The Studio @ SMAC
This Modern and fully equipped fitness studio boasts beautiful views of the ochil hills and surrounding area. The fully mirrored studio has a sprung oak floor giving the best surface for dancers to practice. The fully ipod compatible stereo system provides the sound track!
The Studio has full use of the Scottish Martial Arts Centre’s facilities including;
• Members waiting lounge
• Coffee station
• Free WiFi
• Dance shop
• Toilets and showers
• Changing facilities (complete with hair dryers and straighteners)
• 50+ space car park

The Combat Gym @ SMAC
The Scottish Martial Arts Centre offers members the ability to train in a modern, state of the art training facility out with traditional classes. The Combat gym features sport specific training equipment provided with the sole purpose of improving the fitness and conditioning of combat athletes. Individuals with an ‘Open Mat’ Membership can use the facilities off peak at their own leisure. If you can’t achieve your goal training here - you never will!
The combat gym features:

• A full range of punch bags and free standing opponent bags
• A range of free weights and benches
• A range of kettle bells
• Strongman training equipment ft tyres, chains and sledge hammers

The Dojang @SMAC
The pride of the centre - the Dojang is a 1,400 sq ft fully matted training area used specifically for martial arts and fitness training. Featuring an Olympic sized Taekwon-Do ring, the Dojang has a special foam sprung floor topped with ‘kwon’ mats making it a perfect surface for all kinds of martial art.
Stocked with even more punch bags and kick pads the Dojang has every piece of equipment needed for martial arts excellence.

The Lounge @ SMAC
The Scottish Martial Arts Centre features a members/parents waiting area allowing parents & members to wait for classes to finish in comfort or giving them a place to wind down after some hard training.
The Lounge features:

• a coffee and refreshment area
• TV, DVD and XBOX
• Free WiFi
• Magazines,books and children’s toys

The Proshop @ SMAC
The Scottish Martial Arts Centre feature a fully stocked Proshop selling a full range of Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing and MMA clothing and equipment. The centre also stocks a full range of sports nutrition supplements to maximise your workouts. Through our extensive trades accounts we are able to provide this at incredibly low prices and pass this on direct to our members.
